	Our Team

	As in the case of all other organizations, our core strength is our team which is driven by team culture and integrated work style. We have a dedicated team of Accounts and Tax professionals who have rich experience in their respective field. Apart from the regular workforce we have independent consultants as associates in diverse field of business processes who are available to us whenever they are needed. The Organisation has 11 full time staff including Qualified, Semi Qualified and Article Clerks. Apart from that there are independent consultants also who are available for the organization as & when required.

	The Key persons managing the firm are:-

	Pooja Kapoor:
	A Post Graduate in Commerce, and Fellow member of ICAI, she is the senior consultant and proprietor of the firm. She is the team leader. She qualified CA in 1999. She has 10 years of post qualification experience in the diverse field of Accounting, Direct and Indirect Tax and Audit.

	Santosh Kapoor:
	A Post Graduate in Commerce, PG Diploma holder in Management and Computers, A Graduate in Law and a Fellow Member of ICAI. He is the senior consultant and has approximately 13 years of post qualification experience. He has done various assignments in the field of Internal Audit, Management Consultancy. He looks after all ROC Matters, Legal, Internal Audits, Taxation, Cost and Management Accounting and other areas of practice. He also holds Certificate of Practice as Cost Accountant.

	Sunny Chhabra:
	A Qualified Cost Accountant primarily looking after all assignments related to Cost Audit, Compliance, Maintaing of Cost Accounting Records, Implementation of Costing Systems in Companies.

	Monika Arora:
	A Business Management Graduate, She is actively involved in training of personnel in important aspects of the management and handling Management Consultancy Assignments. She takes care of implementation part and planning of business processes.

	Asish Mudgal:
	A Law Graduate and professional qualifications in computerized accounting, he is a key person managing back office operations and providing the clients with accounting, data processing related and Legal Support.

	Apart from that we have professional associates who are taking care of other related areas of practice like legal, secretarial, FEMA, IPR etc.

	Mr. Tarun Jain:
	A practicing Company Secretary is looking after all secretarial work, FEMA related matters and Intellectual Property Rights.

	Mr. I.S.Kohli:
	A Corporate Lawyer with 35 years of experience in Business and corporate legal matters.

	Sanjay Sharma:
	A qualified Chartered Accountant looking after varied assignments in Audits & Direct and Indirect Taxation.

	Mr. J.P.Singh:
	A qualified Law Graduate Practising in Corporate, Civil and Criminal Law.

	Ms. Varsha Baxi:
	A qualified Law Graduate practicing in Civil and Criminal Law practicing in lower courts and High Courts.

	Mr. Vijay Gupta:
	Proprietor of M/s. Professional Solutions is our associate who is looking after our PF/ESI and labour law related assignments.
